MEET THE B-CREW!
Vinny D // Weekdays 6 am - 11 am
My name is Vincent, but I’ve always thought that to be too formal, so I always ask people call me Vinny. I was born in Watertown and grew up on the family farm in Lisbon, NY where I attended Lisbon Central School. After graduating from there, I went to SUNY Potsdam where I received my degree in Communications. I went to work at radio stations in Malone for 10 years then left to pursue other avenues in my life, but fate had a roundabout way to bring me back to my passion for radio. So here I am back working near my original starting point.
Some of my other passions or favorite activities include watching TV, and I’m also a movie geek enjoying films like Star Wars, Star Trek, Clue, Better Off Dead, Marvel Movies, classics from Mel Brooks, Steve Martin, John Candy, and many, many more. I also enjoy down time playing video games on my PS3…no I haven’t upgraded yet.
Aside from all that I spend time with my 2 children my parents when I get the time.
JOHN KAZAR // Weekdays 11 am - 3 pm
I was born in the northwest corner of Connecticut where I grew up and fell in love with classic rock/hits music. I’m a graduate of Northern Vermont University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. I followed my fondness for radio post-college at an Adult CHR station known as Magic 97.7 and eventually found my way to the North Country after three years. When not playing music or connecting with all of you on air or via social media, I’m listening to or watching sports… especially football.
MICHAEL MAZE // Weekdays 3 -6 pm
It all began January 17, 1987. Michael Maze walked into the WICY studios in Malone (AM 1490 back then) as a young, excited and TERRIFIED baby DJ. “Maze” had been harassing…um…calling WICY daily for nearly a year before he finally got his big break. Little did he (or any of us for that matter) know that this “first day” would lead him to so many incredible places. Michael Maze went on to Burlington, VT working the night show on 95 Triple X then on to Hartford, CT to WKSS. During the Hartford years he was signed to a syndication deal with Super Radio (under the control of Murray-Walsh Radio) and hosted “The Modern Buzz” an internationally syndicated show which aired in 62 countries on nearly 900 radio stations. He left the world of Syndications to take on a new challenge in Philadelphia, PA with WIOQ FM.

Fresh out of college, Chris landed the job as assistant Sports Director at the old "99hits" in Potsdam.
